60-day preorder lead time

Allow at least 60 days after agreed payment and final confirmation. Shipping delays may extend arrival.

Read before choosing your collection

Choose at least half the listed sizes per model / colour. Minimum one pair in each chosen size; quantities can vary. A full size set is recommended for a balanced collection. Supplier pack requirements may change the final assortment.
These are imported preorders, not our remaining retail stock. Proposed ranges for limited-stock models are marked “Supplier confirmation needed”. All models, colours, sizes and quantities are checked with our suppliers before payment.
Your request is subject to approval. We review your shop, location, sales channels and suitability for the NeoKids retail partnership. Sending a request does not reserve stock or confirm an order.
Receive a written quote before paying. We confirm category rates, payment schedule, delivery charges, size packs, estimated arrival, and cancellation / defect terms with you on WhatsApp.
Retail partnership terms are agreed individually. We discuss recommended retail prices, promotions and use of NeoKids branding before approval. Our website’s retail second-pair offers do not apply to wholesale purchases.
